KATU Investigators Relative saw suspected killer the night of shooting, attorney says (Video)
Police say 26-year-old Colby Robinson shot and killed 33-year-old Gary (Dat) Pham and 41-year-old Susie (Sut-Leng) Chang on Southeast 83rd Avenue and Division. Chang’s husband, 35-year-old Andrew Toan Pham was shot and wounded. Chang’s 13-week-old daughter was not injured.
