SALEM, Ore. - Two sisters made some tough choices about their bodies and their health after their mother was hit by breast cancer - for the third time.

Rachael Gillespie, 26, and her sister, Kail Spreadborough, 32, don't have breast cancer.

But after some genetic testing showed they carried a mutation that upped their chances of getting the disease from between 60 to 80 percent, the sisters were faced with some tough choices: they could wait and see what happened, or they could take action to head off the disease that has repeatedly victimized their mother.

Debora Knapp has their story. Click "play" on the video to watch.
