Thom Jensen joined KATU in October of 2006.

An Emmy Award Winning Investigative Reporter; Thom exposed corruption in political offices, took viewers inside the Central Intelligence Agency and uncovered widespread environmental contamination by US Defense Contractors.

His investigations of airlines and the Federal Aviation Administration revealed policy changes which critics say jeopardize safety for profits and politics.

Growing up in the Northwest, Thom is passionate about the issues facing the people here.

When he's not working, you might find Thom fly-fishing one of Oregon's rivers or streams or taking long walks with his wife Melanie and their children.
