Salsa Dip

8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz (more or less) of Pace Picante Medium Salsa
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Sliced pickled jalapeno or cilantro for garnish - optional
 
In mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth.  Add salsa slowly until you obtain dipping consistency but not too thin.  Add chili flakes and mix well.  If you like the flavor of salsa but not the heat, buy mild salsa and leave out the chili flakes.  Transfer to serving bowl, garnish and cover.  Refrigerate until ready to use.  Can be made a couple of days ahead.  Serve with tortilla chips.  You may want to double this recipe because it is a game-day favorite!
