Rising Health: Rehydration Drink

Yields 1 quart of  Rehydration Drink:

  • 3¾ Cups of Filtered Water.
  • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice.
  • 4 Tbs Raw Honey.
  • Rounded ¼ tsp Sea Salt.
  • 1 Scoop (6.5gm) of Ribose. [Optional with exercise]

You may need to put the ingredients in warm water first to get them to dissolve, and then chill the mixture.
