Bourbon Salmon on a Cedar Plank

  • Mix equal parts of Soy Sauce, Olive Oil and Bourbon.
  • Place Salmon in the marinade and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Pre-heat the Oven to apx. 365 F.and put the cedar plank in the oven while it preheats.
  • Put salmon pieces on plank and bake for apx. 25 minutes (size of fish dictates time).
  • A glass baking dish works too --  just adjust the time to 15 minutes instead of 25.
