Angels and Berries CakeAngels and Berries Cake
1 Angel food cake (rectangle) 1 1/2 pints of heavy whipping cream 1 cup of blue berries 1 cup Strawberries 1 Cup raspberries 1 ½ cups of sugar 1 table spoon of vanilla extract Rinse and combine the 3 cups of berries in a mixing bowl CAREFULLY slice off the top of the angel food cake and set aside Hollow out the middle of the cake. Mix your whip cream to a heavy texture; be careful not to turn it into butter. Use half of your whip cream and mix with the berries. Spoon this mixture into the hollowed out cake. Replace the top of the cake to its original position. Use the rest of the whipped cream as frosting on the cake. Decorate the top of the cake with strawberries. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve.
