DO-si-DO CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

INGREDIENTS

DO-si-DO Chicken
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 box GIRL SCOUT Do-Si-Do Cookies, crushed
  • 3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts; pat dry.

ORIENTAL DIPPING SAUCE

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • ½ tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. Tumeric
  • ½ tsp. Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

INSTRUCTIONS
DO-si-DO Chicken

  • Whip 2 Eggs & 2 Tbsp. Milk in bowl; set aside
  • Crush 1 box GIRL SCOUT Do-Si-Do Cookies
  • Cut 3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts; pat dry.
  • Dip Chicken in Egg mixture; then Cookies
  • Repeat
  • Place Chicken on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for Apx, 15-20 or until Chicken is completely cooked.

ORIENTAL DIPPING SAUCE

In small saucepan, combine:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • ½ tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. Tumeric
  • ½ tsp. Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Bring to a boil on Medium-High heat stirring often.

Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
