Makes 12 to 15 balls

  • 4 squares of graham crackers (see below)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate bits
  • 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 3 tbsps water

    1. Finely crumble graham crackers onto a sheet of wax paper.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in the graham cracker crumbs until coated.
    4. Arrange the coated balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate about 20 minutes or until firm.

Note: In place of graham crackers, you can use 1/2 cup prepared graham cracker crumbs or 2/3 cup flaked coconut.
