Fresh Mushroom Saute

  • 2 Cups. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • red wine


  1. Wash mushrooms, slice through caps and stems. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour. Put melted butter and a couple of blubs (a few tablespoons) of wine in medium skillet. 
  2. Add mushrooms; cover and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
