Strawberry Yogurt Ice Pops

Makes 8

1 pound strawberries, hulled and rinsed
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice, as needed

Puree the strawberries in a food processor. Add the yogurt, water, and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Taste and add up to 2 tablespoons lemon juice, if desired. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until set, at least 4 hours.
