Turkey Meatloaf Muffins


  • 16 ounces lean ground turkey
  • 1.5 cups of Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole egg  

Place the ground turkey into a mixing bowl and combine all ingredients.

Spray Canola oil spray onto a muffin tin to yield 12 muffins.

 Bake at 350° for 50 minutes  or untill  the top is golden brown. 

 Enjoy dipped into marinara sauce or hummus or cut up and make a “meatball” sandwich on a toasted English muffin with marinara and a low fat swiss cheese spread. 

Delicious for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or a Snack- high protein and portable!
