Maple Vinaigrette

 

     Maple Vinaigrette 

  • ¼ C. Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ C. Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ C. maple syrup
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 4 oz. Olive oil
     Recipe yields 12oz.
 
 
1.      In a large bowl whisk together the Dijon, soy sauce, brown sugar, shallots, balsamic, and red wine vinegar.
2.      Add a couple drops of olive oil while whisking. Then, slowly begin to lightly drizzle the remaining olive oil to the dressing while whisking vigorously. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3.      Refrigerate for one hour before serving. Remove, and whisk to emulsify, before serving.
