Coconut Lime Chicken with Chilies
Ingredients
DirectionsHeat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, until golden brown on all sides, stirring frequently. Add curry and cook 1 minute, until curry is fragrant. Add coconut milk, green chilies, lime juice, and lime zest and bring to a simmer. Simmer 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and stir in scallions and cilantro. |
