Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed Mushrooms
 
  • 12 medium mushrooms
  • 6 Tbl butter
  • 3 Tbl Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Cheez Its crackers- crushed
  • Garlic salt to taste.
 
 
Pull out the mushroom stems. Mix ingredients and spoon into mushroom. Place on cookie sheet and brown at 275* until bubbly.
