Sweet Hot Mustard

Sweet Hot Mustard
 
  • 4 oz Coleman dried mustard
  • 1 cup malt vinegar
 
Mix together, let stand overnight.
 
  • Add ½ cup sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten one at a time
Cook in double boiler until it bubbles. Start with cold water, stir constantly until desired thickness.
