Corn Tortillas

2 cups Masa Harina (corn masa flour)
1 1/4 cup warm water
1/4 tsp sea salt

Mix water and salt together until salt dissolves.
Add water to flour and mix thoroughly for about 2 minutes to form a soft dough. 
If dough feels dry add more water (one tsp at a time)
Roll dough into small balls.
Line a tortilla press with wax paper.
Place ball in between wax paper and press.
Carefully peel off wax paper.

Preheat griddle or skillet on medium high heat.
Cook on one side for 1 minute and then flip over to the other side for 1 minute more or until golden brown.
Cover tortillas with a cloth napkin to keep soft and warm.

Makes appx. 16 tortillas.
