Jeff's Wing Sauce

Jeff’s Wing Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Tabasco
  • ½ tsp salt (you can use Sea Salt)
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbl White Vinegar
  • 1 stick butter
  • ¾ tsp Chipotle powder
  • 4 tsp Durkee or Franks Hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan or microwave.
  2. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl blend all ingredients together. A whisk works best. Use a bowl that is deep so you do not splash.
  3. Place up to 30 cooked wings in the bowl at one time. I suggest you turn or stir them with tongs. Do this while the wings are still hot.
  4. This should be enough sauce for about 50 or so wings. If you think this is still to hot, cut back on the hot sauce.
  5. Warning, do rub your eyes or nose if you have this sauce on your hands.
