Jeff’s Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Tabasco
- ½ tsp salt (you can use Sea Salt)
- Pinch of Black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbl White Vinegar
- 1 stick butter
- ¾ tsp Chipotle powder
- 4 tsp Durkee or Franks Hot sauce
Instructions:
- Melt butter in sauce pan or microwave.
- In a large glass or metal mixing bowl blend all ingredients together. A whisk works best. Use a bowl that is deep so you do not splash.
- Place up to 30 cooked wings in the bowl at one time. I suggest you turn or stir them with tongs. Do this while the wings are still hot.
- This should be enough sauce for about 50 or so wings. If you think this is still to hot, cut back on the hot sauce.
- Warning, do rub your eyes or nose if you have this sauce on your hands.
