Very Berry Smoothie



Serves 4


  • 3 cups of low or non fat milk
  • 3 scoops of whey protein powder (you can use soy or rice protein powder as desired)
  • 3 cups of frozen berries (if you use fresh berries, then use 2 cups of ice to thicken up the smoothie)


  1. Combine all ingredients into your blender
  2. Once all fruit is blended pour into a dessert cup or small bowl
  3. Place into freezer and allow to freeze slightly
  4. Serve with a spoon as a healthy sorbet like treat for your kids and family.
