Fried Corn and Black Beans

  • 15 oz sweet corn
  • 15 oz black beans
  • ¼ cup diced tomatos and chilies
  • ¼ cube of butter
  • Salt and pepper


Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the corn, black beans, tomato’s and chilies. Stir occasionally add salt and pepper to taste.
