Greek Salad Pasta with White Beans



  • 10 ounces penne pasta
  •  2  cups of cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 cans of cannellini beans,drained and rinsed
  • ½  cup of pitted kalmatta olives
  • ½ cup of crumbled feta
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • Sprinkle of pepper to taste


  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  •  In a non stick pan, bring the white beans to a boil – you want to serve them warm
  • In a serving bowl, start with the pasta as the base, add in the tomatoes, kalmatta olives and white beans
  • Sprinkle with feta and dress with olive oil and pepper.
