 Helen's Easy Appetizer Party Recipe

*Manchego Cheese - cut in triangles.

*Quince Paste - put a dab on each triangle.

 

Dave's "Mad Men" Manhattan Party Recipe

*2  shots of Jack Daniels Bourbon

*1  shot of Vermouth

*Bitters

Shake in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.  Pour into a martini glass and add a cherry.
