Fiesta Game Day Salad


1 can whole kernel corn (strained + rinsed)
1 can black beans (strained + rinsed)
10 cherry tomatoes (diced)
2 avocados (chopped)
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 yellow bell pepper (diced)
1/4 small red onion (diced)
1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 fresh limes
A dash of (sea) salt

Stir it all together and enjoy! Best served chilled. Can be made up to a day in advance and refrigerated. Add the avocado just before serving.
