"SimpleGuy Diet" Salad

Skip Lei’s Lazy Man Salad

In a large bowl, add the following ingredients and enjoy:

  • ½ of a medium sized avocado
  • 6 BBQ Ruffles potato chips, crushed up
  • One heaping tablespoon of ranch dressing
  • 1/3 bag of store bought heart of romaine lettuce
  • A palm full of shelled sunflower seeds
  • Two tablespoons of medium ground pepper (optional)
  • A palm full of cut up chicken
  • 1/3 of a cucumber, diced,
  • 6 baby carrots
  • 6 baby tomatoes cut in half
