Snap Pea Stir Fry Recipe


Stir-Fried Sugar Snap Peas
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups sugar snap peas
1/2 fresh lemon
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat until it begins to shimmer. Add the peas and toss to coat. Shake the pan frequently and cook until the peas begin to brown in spots (3 to 4 minutes). Remove from heat. Squeeze lemon juice over the peas and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
