Women and Moms on the go:

Women on average require fewer calories to get them through the day.

  • Look for bars with
    • less than 200 calories
    • 10 grams or less of sugar.

Good Choices:

Luna Bar Toasted Nuts and Cranberry- 180 calories, 3 grams fiber, 9 grams sugar, 10 g protein

Athletes:

Go for higher protein for a recovery snack that will help repair overworked muscles.
