I Love You And I'm Leaving You Anyway is television writer Tracy McMillan's moving memoir about trying to find love, security and self-esteem from men because she didn't get it from her fur-coat wearing, El-Dorado-driving, pimp, drug dealer and convicted felon father. Tracy shared with us what life was like growing up with a pimp for a father and a mother who was a prostitute. Tracy is a successful television writer in Holllywood where she writes for shows like Mad Men and United States of Tara.

Tracy has a booksigning and Q & A at Powell's, 1005 W Burnside,  in Portland tonight at 7:30.
