The Oregon Coast Aquarium is preparing for it's annual fundraiser on September 25th from 6 - 9 pm. The third annual Jellyfish Jubilee: A Celebration of Food and Wine will fill the Aquarium with the aromas, tastes and sounds of exceptional Northwest cuisine and wines, music and a silent auction. The all-inclusive event will also provide an opportunity to see the new Swampland exhibit. Cindy Hanson from the Aquarium told us more about it while Executive Chef and Owner of Quimby's restaurant, Mike Dowing, showed us how to make perfect blackened tuna.
