Are Your Kids Geetting Enough Sleep?

Kids 6-12 years of age should get about 10-11 hours of sleep per night and kids 13-18 years old should get 9-9.5 hours of sleep per night but typically get 7.5 or less and this can lead to trouble focusing in school, mood swings, over eating, etc. Pediatrician Dr. George Bengston had some advice for helping your kids get the rest they need to do well in school.
