The Galloping Gourmet Graham Kerr

His recipes were once drenched in butter and cream with vegetables being mere garnish.   But reformed and refined the way he cooked after his beloved wife suffered a heart attack and a stroke.   Graham Kerr, The Galloping Gourmet, joined us to talk about how they made the change and actually enjoy their food more these days.
