Bundt Coffee Cake

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.


Ingredients


1 yellow cake mix

1 package (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

¾ cup milk

¾ cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon melted butter


Topping

 

½ cup chopped nuts

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon


Glaze

 

1 cup confectioners sugar

1 tablespoon milk

½ teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon melted butter

 

Beat together cake mix, pudding, eggs, ¾ cup milk and vegetable oil for 8 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon each vanilla and butter extract.

 

Combine topping ingredients.

 

Pour 1/3 batter in bundt pan. Sprinkle half of topping over batter. Pour in remaining batter and sprinkle remaining topping on top. Bake in preheated 350- degree oven for 45 minutes.

 

Remove coffee cake from oven and invert on plate. Combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over warm cake.
