Help Your Child Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude is good for your kids!  In fact, a study conducted by the University of California, Davis, reveals that cultivating gratitude increases happiness levels by around 25-percent, and there more-- grateful people live happier, more satisfied lives and enjoy increased levels of self-esteem, hope, empathy, and optimism.  Janet Davis, a parenting expert and early childhood educator, joined us to share a few of the ways she helps kids cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
