Kids Record Hits

Kids Record Hits is designed to create and foster a new generation of young singer-songwriters. They find and develop talent between the ages of 10 and 18 who show potential as recording artists and songwriters. The company pairs successful industry professionals with talented kids to co-write, produce and record an original song at no cost to the kids or their parents. At the end of the process, the student will become a recording artist and published songwriter. In an era when public schools are cutting arts programs, they strive to fill the gap. Kids Record Hits  goal is to give direction to the kid's talent and help them realize their dreams.

Zoey Dickson is a 15 year old Lincoln High School student who took a Father's Day poem she wrote for her Dad and with the help of Geoff Byrd (on the Board of Directors) of Kids Record Hits wrote a song called Daddy which she performed for us today along with Grammy Nominated singer/songwriter Geoff Byrd. Geoff also explained why he became invovled and why it's the most fun he's ever had in the music industry.
