Weight Loss Winner Denise Giesbers

In 2008, Denise Giesbers was tipping the scales at 304 pounds. She said she used to avoid having her photo taken because of her weight. Now 153 pounds lighter, her photo is in People magazine.  She joined us to share her tips for losing weight and keeping it off:

  1. Find a program that works for you and stick with it.
  2. Find a support group that will help you stay on track.
  3. Drink enough water each day. 
  4. Eat every couple of hours to fuel your metabolism. 
  5. Don’t get caught out and about without having a snack with you so you can stay on plan.
