Workout While Playing Fetch with your Dog

 

 

 

If you have a dog, fitness expert Beth Oliver showed us how easy it can be to work in a workout while playing fetch.

If you can go off leash, bring a ball.  Each time you throw the ball, do one of the following while waiting for "Rover" to come back:
 
1.  Jumping jacks
2.  High Knee Lifts
3. Jog in place
4. Squats
5 Leap frog squats
6. Lateral Jumps
7 Standing side crunch
8.Lunge to knee lift balance
9.Skater
10.standing twist
