Preventing Weekend Warrior Syndrome

If the sunshine and warmer temperatures have you itching to get outside and jump into gardening, biking or hiking, a word of warning--  couch potatoes can end up with a lot of aches and pains if they jump into activities too quickly.  Physical therapists Emily Ohlin and Chris Panagos from Providence Sports Care Center at JELD-WEN Field joined us to share some simple ways to stay safe.
