What kinds of fish and seafood you buy isn't only important for your health, it's important for the health of our oceans.  Chef Gerard Viverito, Director of Culinary Education for the non-profit organization Passionfish, joined us to talk about making sustainable choices at the restaurant and supermarket.  He also share a recipe that's good for you and the environment.
