Make-A-Wish Family: The Dhones

Imagine never having taken a family vacation because your time and money all go towards caring for your seriously ill child.   The Dhone family of Brightwood had a chance to take a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon.

Nash Dhone, who is 9 years old, has Duchene's muscular dystrophy.  He loves volcanoes and wanted to see lava, so his wish was to travel to Hawaii with his entire family.
