Going Vegan for Better Health

Meg Wolff is a two-time survivor – bone cancer and then breast cancer. Doctors gave her little hope after going through all the traditional medical treatments. So she gave a macrobiotic diet a try and says it saved my life. Now 13 years out, she eats a more modified plant-based diet and says she's never felt better.  Meg, author of the book, A Life in Balance, joined us to share a healthy vegan dish even meat-eaters will love.
