Work in a workout with your kids

Fitness Expert Beth Oliver can find ways to work in a workout just about anywhere...and maybe even with anyone -- including our teens!  She joined us today with a great strategy to help us get our kids to move more.  The trick?  Ask them to help you with partner exercises like catching a ball or pulling an exercise band.

Beth showed us a few easy partner exercises you can do with resistance bands and heavy balls.
