Mitchell Rosenthal is Executive Chef and Co-Owner of three popular San Francisco Restaurants and one in Portland too.  His new cookbook, "Cooking My Way Back Home," was two and a half years in the making.  Mitchell shared one of the recipes from that cookbook, Lemon Chicken with Olives and Feta.
