Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb Pecans
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:

1st bowl

  • Sift Sugar Salt & Cinnamon

2nd Bowl

  • Beat Egg White & Water until frothy.
  • But not stiff
  • Pour Pecans into egg white
  • Stir Until Coated
  • Then Add Sugar Mixture
  • Coat Well

Baking:

  • Spread on Cookie Sheet
  • Bake 300 for 45 minutes
  • Rotate every 15 minutes
  • When finished baking remove pecans
  • And spread on Wax paper to cool
