Warm Fruited BrieBy AM Northwest StaffWarm Fruited Brie
Serves 10
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saute pan, heat butter until foamy. Add pear and apple. Saute for 5 minutes. Add white wine, and reduce for 3-5 minutes. Add brown sugar and dried fruit. Add almonds. Stir until combined. Place the brie on top, in the middle of the pan. Place the saute pan in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the brie is just soft to the touch, not melting through the sides. Take out of the oven and invert the pan onto a platter. Serve warm with baguette slices. Enjoy! |
