Cooking Without Measure

Many people are dining out, more than they eat at home.  Cooking can sometimes feel more like a chemistry experiment than a relaxing experience.  Cultural historian and author of "Cooking Beyond Measure," Jean Johnson, is here to change our minds about what we know about cooking.  She says to throw out all of our measuring cups and traditional recipes! Her book includes all measure free recipes and advocates the use of seasonal, sustainably grown produce, whole grains, and legumes.  To Jean cooking is an art, not a science.
