The Solution is originally from

Brooklyn, NY , a former vet and previously a professional boxer. With a degree in the radiology field and numerous certificates in nutrition and fitness, he is bringing his knowledge and passion for a healthy way of life to the public.

Featured Recipe: EGG WHITE VEGGIE OMELETTE

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup broccoli
3 rings bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped mushrooms

Spray pan with Pam cooking spray and heat. Add onion, broccoli, bell peppers and mushrooms, cover pan. Stirring occasionally, cook for about 5 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Scramble egg whites in a bowl and pour over vegetable mixture in pan. As the egg whites begin to cook, be sure to mix so they are cooked thoroughly (about 1-2 minutes).

You can either serve inside a multi-grain wrap or over light wheat bread.

Serving size: 1 omelette

Calories per serving: 115

Multi-grain wrap – add 80-100 calories (depending on brand)

Light wheat bread – add 80 calories for 2 slices
