Work In a Workout

Coming to the show to show us how to squeeze a good workout into our hectic day to day schedules is Beth Oliver. She'll explain how we can do small exercises between busier moments of the day for a cumulative effect. Just two minutes worth of activity performed a few times a day can have a stunning effect. We'll learn what kind of exercises will be the most effective in these quick workouts to better burn the calories away. We'll also learn that you can take advantage of almost every action you make through out the day.
