• Stop pretending things are okay if they’re not.
• Be a good steward for your money and think of these tough economic times as an invitation to take control of your finances.
• Identify the ways you’re starving yourself of your desires and say, “yes” to new challenges.
• Stop feeling like a victim to someone or something outside of yourself … to do this, you might have to risk upsetting others to keep peace with yourself.
• Pep up your skin with an exfoliation crème, followed by a soothing moisturizer or essential oils.
• Make soulful connections with others a top priority.
• Learn how to say “no” if your schedule is overbooked, especially and most importantly if you’re a people-pleaser.
• Remember who’s in charge of your life … Identify what you need more of in your life and do what it takes to get it.
