A Local Impact in Uganda: Medical Teams International

Two Portland-area health-care volunteers returned from helping Congloese refugees in Uganda and told us their moving stories.

Anne Blaufus, a Providence Hospital Nurse from Lake Oswego and Kathi McCoy, director of the West Portland Physical Therapy Clinic, were part of a three-person team from Medical Teams International who went to Uganda to work with Congolese refugees.
