Newport Cook-Off Winning Recipe

The Great Newport Seafood Cook-Off is this weekend -- it's the Grand Finale to the Blessing of the Fleet celebration.   Our own Helen Raptis will be judging again this year.  And to stir up some excitment for this weekend's event, the winner of the last Seafood Cook-Off  -- Chef Guy Hoy -- joined us to to share his winning recipe for Crab Cakes.
