Perfect Breathing

The authors of the book, "Perfect Breathing:  Transform Your LIfe One Breath at a Time," Al Lee and Don Campbell, joined us today to talk about their book and how to attain the perfect breath.  They say the perfect breath is any breath you take for which you are completely aware and mindful.  They walked us through a technique called the 6-second breath.

They say their breathing techniques will help you:

  • Elicit feelings of happiness, joy and tranquility
